AMISH BOB ANDY PIE
Supposedly named because an Amish farmer declared it to be as good as his two workhorses, Bob and Andy.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, cloves and cinnamon.
- 3. Add butter, egg yolks and milk to mixture.
- 4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then add to milk mixture.
- 5. Pour into pie crust. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350F. and bake another 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- 6. Cool and serve.

- Combine the sugars, flour, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and yolk one at a time, and mix well. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour filling into the shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes. When the side of the pan is tapped, the center should still wobble like gelatin. Cool on a rack.

- Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350* till set.
