- Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 13x9-in. baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into egg mixture. Stir in apples and pecans., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
- 2. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly; add oil, apple juice and vanilla.
- 3. Stir together flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; stir into batter until blended.
- 4. Add apples, chocolate chips and nuts; stir until well blended.
- 5. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake 40 to 45 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
- 6. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- 7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top or serve with dollop of whipped topping sprinkled with cinnamon, if desired.
