- Preheat oven to 375*. In medium skillet, heat butter and saute onion. In large bowl, combine kidney beans, baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and bacon. Mix well. Pour mix into covered baking dish and bake 35 minutes or until hot.

- Stir-fry green pepper and onions in bacon drippings.
- Combine all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes at 350, then lower to 250. Cook for one hour.

If you prefer them a little less thick, cook them less. Keep in mind that they’ll thicken as they cool. Serve warm.
