BABY GRIPE WATER (GREAT FOR ADULTS TOO) AKA BAY LEAF TEA
This "tea" is great for colicky babies or babies who don't burp properly and are prone to gas. Also great for anyone with gas no matter what age. It's wonderful after any kind of abdominal surgery. Great to give to kids with any kind of tummy upset. This is also know as "The Italian Grandmother Cure". The full recipe makes about 4 adult servings or 16 to 32 infant servings

Steps:
- Place the bay leaves and the cold water in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes. The mixture will turn a pale green, similar to some green teas.
- Let cool a bit.
- For adults and older children drink one cup when you have gas or other stomach upset.
- For infants, feed one to two ounces, depending on age, whenever baby has gas.
- Be aware that this will make you feel much better, and it will make you pass gas.
- You can make half the recipe for an infant as this should be drunk before it gets cold. The basic formula is one medium bay leaf for every 1 cup of water.

TIN FOIL VEGGIES
For 10 months and up, also great for adults. I found this recipe on a website for making baby food. You can bake it in the oven or throw it on the grill. It is very versatile, you can use whatever veggies and seasonings that you like. I usually use green beans, peas, carrots, and corn. I've never measured when making this so it is all approximate. Very good with burgers and hot dogs. My toddler and I love this. **For the spices, just use whatever you wish, to equal about 1 Tbsp., you can adjust it from there if you wish.

RED RASPBERRY LEAF TEA
You can use this recipe for hot or cold tea. This is from Bulk Herb Store's recipes. My husband and one child love this as cold tea. We go through 3 quarts of it in a day, sometimes. We also sweeten it with Stevia. The recipe is originally in "parts" so you can really make as much as you like. This form will last quite awhile if you're using it for hot tea and even for awhile if using for cold tea. I almost lost the recipe in a computer crash, so want to post this so it doesn't get lost again.

- Mix all ingredients and store in a glass container in the fridge.
- Use 1 teaspoon steeped in one cup of hot water. If using with cold, we like to put 3 generous tablespoons steeped in 3 quarts of water and add a couple of storebought bags of Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger.
- Add sweetening as you desire. We use Stevia.

VANILLA RED TEA
This is actually a knock-off of Celestial Seasonings Madagascar Vanilla Red Tea. Some time ago I decided to buy all my own loose leaf tea ingredients and make my own tea blends (it's actually cheaper that way!). I used to buy Madagascar Vanilla Red and really enjoyed it, so of course I set out to make my own knock-off version. I looked up the ingredient list, and it's literally just vanilla and red rooibos. So, after some experimentation, I've got a ratio that tastes just like the original! This tea is best hot, but would probably make a nice iced tea too. Note: I've listed things in teaspoons because this website won't let me list it in parts, but it's technically in a ratio, so you can make whatever quantity you want.

Steps:
- Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Make sure you chop the vanilla bean into little pieces first. Note: Food.com made me list the rooibos under "rooibos tea bags", but I used loose-leaf red rooibos tea.
- Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
