Bacon Chili Burrito Dogs Recipes

Steps:

• Lay tortilla out and place cheese, onion, jalapeno and bacon in center of tortilla evenly, leaving room at each end to tuck in and roll into a burrito. Cut hot dog in half lengthwise, not cutting all the way through, then butterfly the hot dog open and add to burrito. Top with the french fries, Red Chili and sour cream and roll it up burrito style!
• Brown meat in a very large pot, then add the chili beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion, cumin, bouillon, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir together and let simmer for 30 minutes.

• On a flour tortilla, place all ingredients, in the order listed. Begin rolling-up tightly, folding top and bottom in and over the ingredients to form a sealed envelope.

• Spread mustard on a warm, soft hot dog bun. Place cheese on the bun, followed by the hot dog. Top with chili, bacon, tomatoes and onions.

• Place all ingredients on a flour tortilla in the order listed.
• Begin rolling-up tightly, folding top and bottom in and over the ingredients to form a sealed envelope.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
• Heat hot dogs according to package directions. Arrange hot dog buns in baking dish, cut side up. Place hot dogs in buns. Top with chili. Sprinkle with cheese. Tent pan with foil.
• Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

Steps:

• 1. Wrap weiners with 1/2 slice of bacon; secure each end with a toothpick.
• 2. Grill on all sides until bacon is crisp.
• 3. Spread mustard on buns; insert grilled dogs.
• 4. Top with hot chili, some peppers, and top with cheese. If you like add a few more pepper to the top of cheese. NOTE: You can used canned hotdog chili or homemade, which ever you perfer. When I use canned (store bought) chili, I add fresh diced tomatoes, cumin and a little salt and pepper.
