- Whisk soy sauce and honey together in a large bowl; add bananas and stir to coat bananas in marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove banana chunks and reserve marinade. Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Wrap bananas with bacon and secure by threading a toothpick through the bacon. Dip wrapped bananas in reserved marinade and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil in the preheated oven until bacon is browned and crispy, 8 to 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375F Roll the banana pieces in the lemon juice and wrap with a piece of bacon around the outside edge and secure with a toothpick Place on a baking sheet lined with foil (preferably with non stick foil).
- Bake until the bacon is almost cooked apprx 20 minutes While they are baking process the chutney in a blender until it is quite fine- use pulse.
- Dip the banana pieces in the chutney, coat evenly, return to oven until crisp 5-10 minutes Allow to cool for a minute or two- they are very hot& serve.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Slice both plantains into 1/2 inch slices. Cut your strips of bacon in half.
- Take one plantain slice and wrap ½ piece of bacon around the flat side of the round. Repeat this step until each plantain slice is wrapped in ½ slice of bacon.
- Place all bacon-wrapped plantains on your baking sheet seam side down. Brush each with a little maple syrup. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on each plantain (use more if you like spicy flavors, and omit or only use a small pinch if you do not like spicy flavors).
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Stick a toothpick in each bacon-wrapped plantain, place on a serving tray and enjoy! Serves 6.
