BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS
This recipe makes the most tender pork chops! You will not need a knife to cut the pork chops..fork tender. My husband LOVES this recipe. When I ask, "Honey, what do you want me to cook" he always says that pork chop recipe you make. I can not remember where I got this recipe from...but it is a winner in my house~

Steps:
- 1. Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
- 2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops; Brown on both sides. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add onion to skillet,; saute until tender.
- 3. Stir in the 1/2 cup flour. Blend in milk with a whisk. Whisk until sauce is thickened up a little bit.(about 2-3 minutes) Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- 4. Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350' preheated oven for 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees. Butter a baking dish.
- Pound pork chops with a meat mallet until thin and rub lightly with salt and pepper. Place in the prepared baking dish.
- Stir heavy cream and flour together in a small bowl and season with salt. Pour over pork. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork is cooked through and cheese is melted and slightly browned, about 45 minutes.

Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish; sprinkle with onion., In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, covered, until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
