Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat all together.
- Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.

These are soft, simple, but delicious, bars made with yummy ingredients. They're always a big hit when I make them for my friends and bring them to school.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then the banana. Stir in the oats, flour, wheat germ, and baking soda until completely combined. Spread in prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set and lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack before cutting into bars.

BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAKFAST BARS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 1 inch of parchment hanging over the sides.
- Mix oats, figs, almonds, and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds together in a bowl.
- Stir bananas, peanut butter, and honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Whisk egg whites together in a bowl until foamy. Mix banana mixture into egg whites and whisk until smooth; add oat mixture and stir until batter well combined. Fold blueberries into batter. Press batter into the prepared pan; top with flax seeds and 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Cream the butter & sugar together then add the egg.
- Stir in the oats, bananas, salt, & cinnamon.
- Mix in the nuts & raisins (if using).
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 pan then bake for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
- Cool in the pan then cut into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8” or 9x9” pan with nonstick cooking spray. (Line it with foil first for easy removal, if desired.)
- Place bananas in a large bowl. Mash them with a fork or potato masher until just small chunks remain. Stir in oil and brown sugar with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Add egg, vanilla, and salt, and stir until combined. Stir in baking soda. Add flour and oats and stir until mixed, some lumps will remain. Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until browned around the edges and not jiggly in the center. Cool completely. Slice into bars.
- Optional drizzle: melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl (on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between each). Place melted chocolate in a small ziploc bag with the tip cut off and drizzle over bars.
