A crowd favorite that's ready in only 15 minutes, our cheesy, creamy bacon cheese dip includes chopped bacon, cream cheese, barbeque sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.

Steps:
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of the chopped bacon for garnish. In food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, barbecue sauce, Cheddar cheese and remaining bacon. Cover; process or blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined.
- Garnish dip with green onions and reserved bacon. Serve with veggie tortilla chips.

This recipe is courtesy of Kraft foods. It's really different and alway goes over great! I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce for this and also suggest very sturdy chips such as Frito Scoops or authentic torilla chips as the the thinner chips tend to break when you try to scoop this delicious dip! (Cook time is the time to cook bacon if not using jarred real bacon pieces)

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip mix. Spread evenly in baking dish.

- Preheat an 8 inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon pieces until crisp, about 3-4 minutes, and remove from the pan to a paper towel to drain. Leave about 1 Tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Whisk in the softened cream cheese, the chicken stock, the red pepper flakes and the black pepper. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded Monterey jack cheese and the corn starch. Mix together to coat the cheese shreds evenly. Dumo the cheese into the hot cream cheese/broth mixture. Whisk until the cheese is nice and melty.
- Broil the queso for 2-3 minutes, or until the top is nice and bubbly and golden brown. Top with the cooked bacon and fresh sliced green onions.
