Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cook chicken any way that you prefer, cool and cube.
Mix dressing, cheeses, and cream in an 8x8 baking dish, bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and top with chicken cubes and then cover with BBQ sauce.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with chips, bread or crackers (I serve it with pita bread).

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip mix. Spread evenly in baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix chicken, barbecue sauce and green onion whites. Spoon evenly over cheese mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, then top with cooked bacon. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling at edges.

In microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, Ranch dressing (and onions, optional). Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to combine. Gently fold in ½ cup cheddar cheese and drained chicken meat.
In a baking dish (at least 4 cups), layer the cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top. Pour the remaining 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce, smoothing the top and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or raw veggie sticks.
