BEEF AND LAMB MARINADE
Fantastic marinade from a very old Taylor wine cookbook. We always had this for the 4th of July when I was growing up.

This is another one of my family's favorites. Everyone has always loved it...and it goes so well with any kind of meat.

BEEF AND LAMB STEW
I asked for this recipe after a recent trip to South Africa with my church. This stew includes lots of fresh garden vegetables and meat. I've made it for my friends on several occasions, and they thought it was great and enjoyed the interesting combination of flavors. It's traditionally served with brown rice or pumpkin fritters.-Dennis Kuyper, Creston, Iowa

THE BEST MARINADE FOR KABOBS! (BEEF, PORK AND LAMB)
I have a few favorite marinades that I have used for years this is one of them, this marinade will tenderize and add flavor to any cut of meat to absolute perfection and makes fantastic kabobs! This can also be used for chicken but because of the vinegar amount marinading time will need to be reduced to a maximum of 6 hours or the acid vinegar will start to "cook" the chicken, use only honey no other substitutions!.. you will love this marinade!
