- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Add eggs and Parmesan cheese. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes., Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes., Between two pieces of waxed paper, roll out cream cheese into a 7-in. circle. Place in crust. Top with spinach and meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° until set, 20-30 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Add mushrooms, oregano, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach, soup, and sour cream; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large Dutch oven, cook the beef, onions, carrots and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. I was surprised at how few recipes there were on here for ground beef and spinach with pasta, aside from lasagna and manicotti, so I made this up one night.

Steps:
- Saute the onion in a deep frying pan for 1-2 minutes, then add the ground beef.
- Cook until beef is browned, then add the tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then add the spinach and simmer 3-4 minutes more.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Meanwhile, boil and drain the pasta according to directions on the package.
- Combine the two and place in a baking tray.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake in a hot oven until melted and the dish is pipping hot, about 5 minutes.
- Serve with a salad and garlic bread.

- In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Remove 1/4 cup mixture to a large bowl; add beef and toss to coat. - In a large wok or frying pan heat oil and cook onion and garlic in a small amount of oil until transparent.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef and season with garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Combine cooked pasta, spinach, ground beef, cheese (amount to your preference, my family likes it cheesy!) and soup.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook spaghetti to al dente as directed on package. Drain spaghetti, and add it back to the hot pan.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in flour, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gradually beat in milk with whisk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; beat in Parmesan cheese and spinach with whisk, then beat in eggs.
- Toss cheese sauce with hot spaghetti, and add half of the mixture to the baking dish. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the tomato basil pasta sauce over mixture; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Add remaining half of spaghetti mixture, remaining tomato basil pasta sauce and remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and lightly browned on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion and garlic. Drain.
- While beef is browning, prepare pasta in a large pot according to package directions. Drain pasta and set aside.
- Return empty pasta pot to stove and over med-low heat, stir together tomato sauce and cream cheese until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Reduce heat to low. Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese; stir well. Add thyme, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Add drained pasta, drained browned beef mixture and drained spinach to pot. Gently stir to combine and coat well.
- Pour into a 13 x 9" baking dish or similar size casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to slightly brown.

- In a large microwave safe dish, combine beef, cream cheese and spaghetti sauce. Microwave on high at 5 minute intervals until cream cheese is melted and stirred.

I have tried so many pasta bakes but this one from the Australian Women's Weekly is still the best IMHO! Easy and very delicious, reheats great and everyone loves it - what more could you want! I've tried to translate the recipe into American as much as possible; hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

- Preheat oven to 180 (350F).
- Heat oil in large pan; cook onion, garlic, bacon and carrot, stirring, til carrot is just tender - about 8 minutes *.
- Add mince and cook, stirring, til mince changes colour; then add undiluted soup, tomato paste, sauce and oregano and simmer, covered, about 15 mins or til mixture has thickened slightly.
- While beef mixture is simmering, cook pasta and drain. Stir pasta into beef mixture, then spoon into an oiled deep 8 cup capacity ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 mins or until browned slightly.
- *If you want to, you can add a stick of chopped celery along with the onion etc or add some mushrooms just before the mince.

- Cook your mushrooms: place a large pot over medium-high heat and add in 1 tablespoon butter. Once butter melts, add in the mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until mushrooms and onions are cooked down and mushrooms start to brown slightly about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- In the same pot add in your ground beef then season with salt and pepper, and break up the meat, cooking until no longer pink, about 5-8 minutes. Add mushroom & onion mixture back to the pot then stir in the spinach. Once spinach wilts down, immediately add in milk and chicken broth.
- Next, stir in the egg noodles and bring to a slight boil; you’ll cook until the pasta is nice and tender, about 10-12 minutes (depending on your pasta shape) and most of the liquid (but not all!) is absorbed. You’ll want a little bit of liquid left to make the sauce nice and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese and add additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy! Serves 4.
