- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in soup; bring to a boil., Transfer to an ungreased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with biscuits. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.

- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain.
- 2. Stir in the French onion soup; bring to a boil. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with the biscuits and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, condensed French onion soup, bread crumbs, oats, beaten egg, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Pack into a loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix and fried onions.
- Shape into loaf and fit into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake, covered loosely with foil, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

BEEFY FRENCH ONION LOAF

Steps:
- Spray board or counter top with non-stick cooking spray. Roll loaf or combined dinner rolls into a 12 x 16-inch rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest. In a skillet, saute onion in butter over medium low heat 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove onion with slotted spoon and set aside. Cut beef into thin strips and add to skillet. Increase heat to medium. Cook and stir until browned. Return onion to skillet. Stir in flour, sugar, oregano, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Add broth and cook and stir for 6-8 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Remove plastic wrap from dough. Spread beef mixture evenly over middle third of dough going lengthwise. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Fold sides over meat mixture. Tuck ends under. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Make several 1/4-inch deep cuts on top of loaf. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with beef gravy, if desired.
