MONKEY BREAD
Treat your family to this sweet baked bread made using Original Bisquick® mix layered with caramel mixture.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/4 cup butter, the milk, vanilla and eggs until soft dough forms. Divide dough into 24 pieces. With greased hands, roll dough into balls.
- In small bowl, mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar and the cinnamon. Roll each dough ball in sugar mixture; place balls randomly in pan. Sprinkle with any remaining sugar mixture.
- In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1 cup butter. Stir in brown sugar; heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat. Pour caramel mixture over dough balls in pan.
- Bake 22 to 28 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cool 3 to 5 minutes. Place heatproof serving plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Remove pan; cool 10 minutes. Serve warm.

APPLE FRITTER MONKEY BREAD

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix and granulated sugar. In another bowl, mix next 4 dough ingredients. Add to dry ingredients in large bowl, and mix until just incorporated. Add apples; gently stir in.
- Shape dough into tablespoon-sized portions (about 30 balls of dough).
- In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip balls of dough into the 1/2 cup melted butter; coat them in cinnamon sugar mixture, and place in pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until monkey bread is puffed and golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate; remove pan.
- In small bowl, beat Glaze ingredients with whisk. Drizzle over warm monkey bread. Serve immediately.

CANNED BISCUIT MONKEY BREAD

Steps:
- Cut each biscuit in fourths with scissors.
- Shake biscuits in bag with sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer biscuits into greased tube pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Melt margarine and brown sugar and boil 1 minute.
- Pour over biscuits.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- To serve, just pinch off pieces and eat with fingers.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube/Bundt® pan.
- Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along.
- In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.
