Steps:

• Mix marinade ingredients together.
• Score steak on both sides.
• Marinate steaks for 8 to 10 hours.
• Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side.

• Using a small wooden spoon or mallet, muddle (mash together) the blackberries, cilantro leaves, and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the tequila, Pimms No. 1 Cup, lime juice, and crushed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• 1. You can use any steak you want. What you see in the picture is a flank steak.
• 2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl then place your steak in the bowl. I use a needler to both tenderize the steak and to infuse the marinade in to the meat.
• 3. Place steak into a zip top bag along with marinade and place in refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
• 4. Grill steak to your liking. Serve with baked potato.

• 1. Score steaks on both sides then put in a large re-sealable bag.
• 2. Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl until sugar is dissolved and all are incorporated together.
• 3. Pour marinade over the steaks in the bag and as you seal the bag try to get as much air out of is as possible.
• 4. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or 24 hours.
• 5. Grill to your desire likeness.
