Think... Black Forest Cake... this is my version in Coffee. I hope you will enjoy this special treat, its good both with cherry juice and with the cherry liquer...please feel free to use your favourite cherry liquer in this drink.

Steps:
- Make fresh, hot, strong coffee and keep warm until ready to mix.
- Place a medium size pot on low and add the chocolate syrup and chocolate milk, stir and keep warm, until needed.
- With a hand blender mix the heavy cream, cherry liquer and white sugar until it is smooth, thick and creamy.
- Add the coffee and cherry liquer to the chocolate milk and stir gently.
- Pour coffee into a large mug and garnish with the cherry flavored whipped cream, bittersweet chocolate shaving and top with the cherry cluster.

Here's what you need: water, granulated sugar, grenadine, blue curaçao, rich simple syrup, gin, fresh lemon juice, crushed ice, fresh thyme, pink peppercorn

- Make the rich simple syrup: Add the water and sugar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Transfer to a glass jar and let cool. The syrup will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Make the cocktail: Add the grenadine, blue curacao, rich simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ½ cup (70 G) ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until combined.
- Carefully light the bunch of thyme on fire with a kitchen torch. Blow out the flame and invert a highball glass over the thyme to capture the smoke. Let sit for 30 seconds.
- Fill the glass with the remaining ½ cup ice, strain the cocktail into the glass, and garnish with the remaining 2 sprigs of thyme and the pink peppercorns.
- Enjoy!

- In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs; add the sugar, oil, milk and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder (mixture will be thin), when blended add the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan.
- Drop cherry pie filling by the teaspoonfuls in even rows into the batter.
- With a pastry blender combine the bisquick, sugar and butter to form loose crumbs, add the chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the top of the cake.
- Bake 375' for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until cake is golden brown and when tested done with toothpick.
