Steps:
- Bake the cake according to package directions in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cool completely.
- In a medium bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, pudding mix and milk until well combined and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the Cool Whip or whipped cream on top of the cake.
- Sprinkle with fresh blueberries if desired.
- Delicious!

- Preheat the oven to 350°. Crush the Lorna Doone cookies and reserve about 1/2 cup of the crumbs for the topping. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press them into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes and then cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 container of the thawed whipped topping by stirring by hand. Once thoroughly mixed, spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
- Drop dollops of the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread carefully. Sprinkle pecans over the pie filling. Top with the remaining container of whipped topping and sprinkle with the reserved crushed cookies. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

- In a small bowl, use a fork to sift together the flour and sugar. Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives cut butter into the flour until it resembles peas. Add 1/2 cup pecans, mix well.
- Press firmly onto the bottom of the dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely. (To toast remaining 1/4 pecans, bake along with the crust on a separate pan for 5 minutes then cool)
- In a medium-size mixing bowl use an electric mixer to cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla. Add 1 cup heavy cream. Beat on high speed until fluffy. Fold in 1/3 of whipped topping by hand.
