Steps:

• 1. Combine all the ingredients for the seasoning and mix well. Store in an air tight pint jar. • 2. I use a dutch oven like this to make my soup.
• 3. It takes about 20 minutes to chop and saute fresh meat. If using fresh meat, simmer the soup for about a half hour or 45 minutes before adding the vegetables.
