BOSTON MARKET CORNBREAD
Found this recipe on the internet... it called for yellow cake mix, but the butter mix adds a great taste. Tastes just like boston market! (When I made it, I used 12 muffins and 4 mini loafs)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and mix all dry ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased cupcake pans or mini loaf pans.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly in the pan (until pulls away from side a bit).
- Remove from pan and serve warm.

Steps:
- Mix both boxes according to directions, and combine the batter. You can use a large mixing bowl and combine both boxes of mix together and add the other ingredients all at once. If you have only boxes of Jiffy Mix, use a brownie sized baking pan, 8x8", if you are using a box of regular cake mix, use a 9x13" pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approx. 30 minutes. Test for doneness: insert a toothpick, it should come out clean.
