Steps:

Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers.

In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally., Just before serving, stir in bacon. If desired, top with crumbled bacon. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

I learned to make this dip a long time ago, from our local pizzeria in my Hometown of Union Lake Michigan. I hope you enjoy it as much as we all do. * I also use this dip as a white pizza sauce on home made pizza. Just spread it all over the dough and top with whatever toppings you like.

Bread Bacon Stick & Cheese Dip image

Steps:

For Dip: In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, 1/2 c. parmesan, horseradish,1 T. garlic powder, sour cream, and onion.Beat with mixer until smooth. Set aside.
Preheat over to 375^. Wrap a slice of bacon spiral style around each of the breadsticks. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
While bread is baking. On a place mix 2T. garlic powder and 2T.paremsan cheese.
When bacon breadsticks are done. Roll in parmesan mixture. Dip bread/bacon stick in cheese dip. Enjoy.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the tomato, bacon, basil and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour., Cut a 1-1/2-in. thick slice off the top of bread; set aside. Carefully hollow out loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Cut removed bread into cubes. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Have a small bowl (around 5-6 inches in diameter) ready and place it upside down in the center of the skillet. Spray this bowl with cooking spray too. Take bread rolls out of the bag and place them around the outside of the skillet, forming a ring shape. Spray them with cooking oil, cover with plastic wrap and let the bread rolls rise for about 40 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, chili powder, salt, pepper. Add sliced olives, cheese and crumbled bacon. Mix and add the whole mixture to a pan to cook until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper as needed
Remove the foil from the skillet and the bowl from the center and pour the mixture dip into the center. Sprinkle the top of the dip and bread rolls with chili flakes and additional Cheddar cheese.
