CORNED BEEF AND SWISS DIP
Warm and delicious corned beef dip. Serve with crackers or toast the hunks of bread taken from the center of the Italian loaf. You can also bypass the bread altogether and bake in a 9x13 covered pan. I have also cooked this in a slow cooker on Low for 3 hours.

Bake the bread bowl until the cheese melts and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes, adding the sliced bread to the oven during the last 10 minutes. Serve with the toasted bread and crackers and/or crudites.
BREAD BOWL APPETIZER
"This dip is a favorite at potlucks and picnics," says Melissa Cook of Chico, California. "Although it's terrific as an appetizer, we often turn the creamy mixture into a sandwich by spreading it on slices of crusty baguettes."

CORNED BEEF DIP
As usual, I was served this recipe at a party at work. That is where most of my recipes come from, because I eat more at work than at home. The colors in this recipe are perfect for a Christmas party too. This dip is fabulous!
