- Preheat oven to 425°. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt and oregano. Coat fillets in crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray., Bake 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Steps:
- Combine panko, parsley, and salt on a dinner plate. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl.
- Dip fillets into the milk mixture and shake off excess. Lightly dredge in panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fillets and cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Turn and cook until fillets are no longer translucent in the center and they easily flake with a fork, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.

- Slice bread, but not all the way through, leaving slices attached at the bottom. In a small bowl, cream butter. Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano and garlic salt; mix well. Spread between slices. Wrap loaf in a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 28 in. x 18 in.). Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

- In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and seasonings. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, water and cubed butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add egg; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 4-6 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes., Divide dough into thirds. Shape each into a 15-in. rope. Place ropes on a greased baking sheet, and braid; pinch ends to seal and tuck under. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 25 minutes., Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool. Freeze option: Securely wrap and freeze cooled loaf in heavy-duty foil. To use, thaw at room temperature.

A savory and flavorful dish that is sure to please your tastebuds. I know because I use to never eat fish. So I went to the market and bought some tilapia because everyone I knew raved about how good it was. I was determined to try something different. So I played around a little bit and came up with this tasty recipe that will always be one of my favorites! Serving ideas I suggest are some rice pilaf and a nice leafy green salad! Bon Appeite!
