Buffalo Chicken Doritos Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2. Combine the soup, green chilis, Franks hot sauce and ranch dressing and mix together well...I used my whisk
• 3. Layer 1-one crushed bag of doritos Layer 2-half of the shredded chicken Layer 3-half the chopped onions Layer 4-half the sauce mixture Layer 5-half the shredded cheese -------------REPEAT---------------add remaining crushed bag of doritos after the last sauce layer then top w/remaining cheese.
• 4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Spread crushed chips out into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
• Stir chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, salsa, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together in a bowl. Pour chicken mixture over crushed chips into the baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup cheese over the casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 5 minutes more.

• Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
• Stir cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
• Spread crushed tortilla snack chips into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over crushed chips; stir. Arrange cheese slices atop the mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes; stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.
