Steps:
- FIRST:.
- You can lower the fat by using fat-free milk or fat-free half 'n half. You can also use Splenda to replace the sugar, but for me, the flavor was very different.
- SIMPLE DIRECTIONS:.
- Combine hot coffee and sugar in a large bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add one cup milk. Stir well.
- Cover and freeze in bowl for 8 hours.
- SERVING:.
- Let thaw slightly in the refrigerator.
- Add 1 cup milk.
- Using hand electric beater, beat at medium speed until broken up.
- Serve immediately with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

LATTE
Dust off that coffee machine and learn a few barista skills to make a creamy latte. Our easy recipe takes breakfast, or brunch, to the next level

Steps:
- Make around 35ml espresso using your coffee machine and pour it into the base of your cup.
- Steam the milk with the steamer attachment so that it has around 2-3cm of foam on top. Hold the jug so that the spout is about 3-4cm above the cup and pour the milk in steadily. As the volume within the cup increases, bring the jug as close to the surface of the drink as possible whilst aiming to pour into the centre. Once the milk jug is almost touching the surface of the coffee, tilt to speed up the rate of pour. As you accelerate, the milk will hit the back of the cup and start naturally folding in on itself to create a pattern on the top.

Got this recipe from a fellow student when I was in grad school. Nice to sit back and relax with. Very refreshing, but definitely not for the kids!

CAFE LATTE MIX
This recipe has to be powdered in a blender. The vanilla makes things clumpy because it is a liquid, and the heaviness of the sugar makes it sink to the bottom while the coffee creamer rises to the top. Blending the mixture, takes care of all of these problems.
