CAMP SOUP
I make this soup nearly every time my family goes camping. It can also be made on the stove at home. Any vegetables can be added or subtracted according to your family's tastes.

Steps:
- Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
- Put all the ingredients in a large soup pot. Do not drain the liquid from the vegetables. Cook until the cabbage is tender. Makes about 2 gallons of soup.

CAMPING SOUP
We still camp in the cool weather and this is a good warm-up soup. No trouble to make and very tasty. Sit around the campfire with a mug of this and it is a heavenly combination.

- Heat ham chunks in oil in a large sauce pan.
- Add ALL other ingredients.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

- Hot Peanut Soup. Ingredients: 500g peanut butter. 1L sour milk. 500ml fresh milk. Salt. Directions: Mix peanut butter and sour milk in a medium size pot with clean hands until you get a smooth consistency.
- Fish Soup. Ingredients: 2 large onions finely chopped. 5 medium tomatoes finely chopped. 2 garlic cloves crushed. 200ml organic fish stock. 500ml fresh milk. 5 tablespoons olive oil.
- Cheddar Cheese Soup. Ingredients: 1 cup chopped cauliflower. 1 cup broccoli. 1 onion chopped. 450g bacon. 500ml fresh milk. 900g cheddar cheese. Directions: Add cauliflower, onions and 2 cups of water in a pot, cover and simmer over medium heat.
- Noodle Soup. Ingredient: 1kg noodles. 2 cans cream of chicken soup. 1 tablespoon cumin. 1 tablespoon turmeric. 2 large potatoes peeled and chopped. 1 onion chopped.
