Steps:
- Cut brie into one-half inch squares.
- Place on a dinner plate in the freezer while thawing pastry at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- When pastry is thawed, unfold and roll lightly with a rolling pin to remove creases.
- Cut each sheet in fourths, then cut each forth in half.
- Cut each piece in half again to produce 16 even squares of dough per pastry sheet.
- Lightly spray mini muffin cups with vegetable oil.
- Fit a square of dough into each cup.
- The pointed edges of the dough should extend straight up.
- Place a piece of cheese in each dough lined cups.
- Top with ¼ t.hot pepper jelly.
- Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
BAKED BRIE IN A BREAD BOWL RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut off the top of the bread boule so the top surface is flat and without crust. Slice the crusty top into sticks and set aside.
- Set the brie wheel on top of the bread and cut out a hole for the brie. Set the brie aside and remove the cut out bread.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with 2 cloves of garlic and brush over the bread. Set the boule aside.
- Carefully cut the top rind off of the brie wheel. Place the brie, cut-side up, inside the bread and set it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Scoop out about a tablespoon of the center of the brie and pour the white wine into the divot.
- Top the brie with the remaining minced garlic and chopped bacon, and season with pepper. Arrange the bread sticks next to the bread on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes, until the brie is completely melted.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- Dip the bread sticks and any other dipping items you'd like in the brie.
- To reheat, bake the brie at 250°F (120°C) for about 15 minutes, until melted.

- Arrange cheese cubes on a plate and place in the freezer. Let pastry thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. Unfold each sheet of pastry and roll with a rolling pin to remove creases. Slice each sheet into quarters; slice each quarter in half. Slice each piece in half one more time for a total of 32 squares. Place squares into greased mini muffin cups; arrange so corners of dough point upwards. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Place one cheese cube in center of each pastry. Bake an additional 10 minutes, until edges are golden. Remove pastries from tin; immediately top each with 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Serve warm.
BAKED BRIE
Serve a creamy, runny-centered, pastry-wrapped baked brie at your next party and watch your guests cluster around it, slicing off bits until it completely disappears. Don't be tempted to use a fancy, artisan brie from a cheese shop here. This recipe works best with the regular kind of brie you find at the supermarket; fancier bries may leak out of their pastry. Choose any flavor jam for the topping. Orange or ginger marmalade will give you something tangier than, say, raspberry and cherry jam, which are sweeter, more mellow options. While a wedge of brie will work in this recipe, a round of brie looks prettiest.

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a large chef's knife, cut the white rind off the brie and discard (this works best when the cheese is very cold).
- Roll the chilled dough to about 1/8-inch thick. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the brie at the center of the dough square and then spread the jam over the top of cheese. Drape the four corners of the dough, one at a time, across the brie to enclose it. If there is too much overlapping dough, trim the sides before draping. You want the dough to just cover the brie.
- Brush the egg wash over the brie, making sure it does not pool where it meets the tray or it will stick. Sprinkle with the sugar if using. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool for 8 to 10 minutes before serving warm.
