Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil; mist lightly with cooking spray.
  • Pat fish fillets dry and arrange on baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine next 4 ingredients; spread evenly over fish.
  • Sprinkle fish with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake on rack in upper third of oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned & fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, flour, lemon juice, onion, and cayenne pepper.
  • Arrange the halibut steaks in the prepared baking dish, and cover with the Cheddar cheese mixture.
  • Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place halibut in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine sour cream, cheese, butter, dill, salt and pepper; spoon over halibut. , Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with paprika. Bake until fish just beings to flake easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.

  • 1.Combine mayo, dressing, parmesan cheese and chives in a bowl.
  • 2. Place halibut in baking dish (something with a rim so sauce won't flow off the edge). Smother the halibut with the sauce and top with any remaining amount.
  • 3. Bake the halibut at 325 for about 35 minutes or until fish is flaky but not dry (this is for relatively thick pieces of fish).

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Lightly grease a large, shallow baking dish.
  • Wipe halibut with damp cloth; place halibut in dish. Pour lemon juice over fish. Then salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Bake, uncovered, 20 minute.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450. Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease well.
  • In med bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, horserradish, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt. Add white pepper to taste. Fold in potato flakes and mix well.
  • Spread mixture evenly over fish filets. Place filets on brolier pan. Reduce oven temperture to 400 and bake for 10-15 minutes Turn oven to broil and cook until tops are golden brown. Fish flakes when done.

Steps:

  • Coat baking dish with oil.
  • Rinse and dry fish.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
  • In a seperate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
