Steps:
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, broth and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Add tortellini; bring to a gentle boil. Cook, uncovered, just until tortellini are tender, 7-9 minutes., Stir in spinach. Sprinkle servings with cheese and pepper.

Steps:
- Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat; add the onion, garlic, thyme and red pepper flakes, sauté until the onion is softens and the flavors meld together, about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, raise the heat to high and bring to a boil. Stir in the tortellini, and cook for 4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add the spinach and cannelloni beans, continue to simmer until the spinach has wilted, and pasta is tender, about 1 minute.
- Ladle soup into bowls. Serve with Parmesan cheese on the side.

- In a large pot over high heat, combine the spinach and chicken broth. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low. Stir in tortellini, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked to desired tenderness. Season with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

TORTELLINI SOUP RECIPE BY TASTY
This tortellini soup is creamy, cheesy, and so easy to make! Sauté aromatics in a Dutch oven, add vegetable stock and crushed tomatoes for the broth, and finish off with store-bought tortellini, cream, and spinach. Don't forget to garnish with basil and lots of Parmesan cheese.

Steps:
- Melt the olive oil and butter together in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook for another 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon, until the wine is reduced by at least half.
- Add the vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the tortellini and spinach and simmer for another 5-6 minutes, until the tortellini are cooked through and the spinach has wilted.
- Remove the bay leaf, then stir in the heavy cream.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the Parmesan cheese and basil.
- Enjoy!

- In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add tortellini; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper; return to a simmer. Cook 4-5 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender., Stir in spinach and basil; cook until spinach is wilted. Top servings with cheese.

Stir in kale and cannellini. Reduce heat to low and simmer until kale is wilted, about 4 minutes. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cool slightly; cover and refrigerate. Bring to simmer before continuing.) Add tortellini to soup. Simmer until pasta is just tender but still firm to bite, about 5 minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls. Serve, passing cheese separately.
