BAKED HAM AND CHEESE PARTY SANDWICHES
These small, delicious sandwiches are perfect for any party. They are so good that even the pickiest of eaters will eat these.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices in a layer. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

- Place ham and cheese on each roll bottom. Spread cream cheese over tops. Replace tops. - In a small mixing bowl, combine onion flakes, mustard, poppy seeds and margarine.
- Split each dinner roll. Make a sandwich of the ham and cheese and the dinner rolls. Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet. Drizzle the poppy seed mixture over the sandwiches.

- Line the bottom and sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan with parchment; grease the paper and set aside. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add flour and salt; mix until combined. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until blended. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Pour into prepared pan., Bake at 375° until eggs are puffed and set, 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven. Immediately spread with mustard and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. - Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place pretzel roll pieces in large bowl; set aside.
- In 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender and beginning to brown. Pour mixture over pretzel roll pieces in bowl; toss to coat.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs, cream and mustard with whisk. Stir in ham and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour over pretzel roll mixture; toss to coat. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 33 to 36 minutes or until rolls are crispy on top and thermometer inserted in center reads 165° F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

CHEESY HAM ROLLS
Mom has made these for over 50 years. You can add extra seasonings or variations of cheeses. Serve over rice and let the rice absorb the extra cheese sauce. Yum! I've updated using packaged ham for convenience, so make at least 6 to 8 Ham Rolls. If it's pre-sliced thinly, use 2 slices per roll.

- Drain green beans WELL. (I've used reg.cut & French style beans successfully, too).
- Take each ham slice and place approximately 2 ozs.of green beans toward one end of ham.
- Sprinkle the beans lightly with salt and black pepper.
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle beans lightly with onion and/or garlic powders if you like extra flavor. Original recipe didn't call for extra seasoning.
- Roll up the ham slice where the green beans are tucked in with a 1 inch overlap of ham.
- I run a toothpick through the middle width to hold intact & for easier transportation to plate.
- Arrange ham rolls in an 8x8 or 9x9 casserole dish.
- PREHEAT OVEN to 350 degrees.
- In a medium pot, melt butter on medium-high.
- Add Flour one tablespoon at a time, stir constantly for 2-3 minutes to remove pasty taste.
- Add one cup of Milk at a time to form the sauce, dissolving the flour mixture well. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until the sauce begins to thicken somewhat, about 3-4 minutes. TURN HEAT DOWN to medium low.
- Slowly add cheese 1 cup at at time and stir until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. (I usually add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper). Optional: Leftover green beans can be added to the cheese sauce at this time.
- Slowly pour the cheese Sauce over the Ham Rolls and lightly sprinkle top of rolls with Paprika for color.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
- Serve over rice, spooning extra cheese sauce over ham and rice. ENJOY!

- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with wooden spoon to form thick dough. Dump out onto floured surface, and use floured rolling pin to roll into large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- In small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls sauce on dough (enough to cover). Top with ham and cheese.
- Starting with one long end, tightly roll up dough. Use sharp knife to cut into 8 equal rolls. Place rolls in baking dish, cut side down.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with remaining honey mustard sauce.
