Steps:
- preheat oven to 325.
- peel and quarter potatoes, boil untill potatoes are soft. drain, add butter,milk.
- use electric mixer to mix . add salt and pepper to taste.
- place wieniers on a cookie sheet and slice down the middle, but don't cut all the way thru,just enough so it will lay open.
- spoon in potatoes, sprinkle cheese on top.place in oven, bake until cheese is melted. serve.

- Place potatoes, onions, celery, and salt in the 4 c of water in a large pot.
- Simmer about 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Put in blender, adding pepper and puree until chunky.
- Return soup to pot and add half-and-half,butter, and cheese.
- Simmer until well heated through.

This is a great gluten free substite for corn dogs, which is something that my 10 year old really misses. My other children love it as well. Prep is a little time consuming, but very worth it.
