Light and fluffy unbaked cheesecake. Very fast and easy to make. Husband refuses to eat baked cheesecake after eating this!

Steps:
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, and refrigerate until serving.

- 1. Combine all ingredients for crust. Press into ungreased 13x9" pan. Refrigerate.
- 2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 c powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Spread mixture over the crust.
- 3. In small bowl, comine pie filling & almond extract. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
- 4. Refrigerate for several hours or until firm.

- Combine cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together well. Divide graham cracker mixture between 8 dessert dishes, about 2 tablespoons of mixture per dessert dish.
- Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat in until well blended. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla extract. - 1. In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter in 30 second increments until melted. To this stir in the granulated sugar and 1 1/2 cups of pretzels. ( walnuts if using ) Set 1/2 cup of the crushed pretzels aside. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish.
- 2. In another bowl, whip together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until creamy. Fold in 8 ounces of cool whip, until well combined. Spread this mixture over the pretzel crust. Spread both cans of cherries evenly over cream cheese layer.
- 3. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with remaining pretzels. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Cut and enjoy!
