CHERRY CHEESE PIZZA
This dessert pizza is a great way to use cherries, my family likes it better than cherry pie. Each bite just melts in your mouth. People who sample it rave about this "sweet" pizza. When my neighbor tried a piece, she couldn't stop saying "Mmm..." the entire time she was eating.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder; cut in butter and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. , Roll out into a 14-in. circle. Place on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Flute edges to form a rim; prick bottom of crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread over crust. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool. Drain cherries, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Set cherries and juice aside. , In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in reserved juice until smooth. Add cherries. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer , Remove from the heat; stir in butter, extract and food coloring. Cool to room temperature; spread over cream cheese layer. Top with whipped cream and mint if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Place the naan pizza crust( or the two naan breads) on a foil-lined medium baking sheet.
- 3. In a medium bowl, crumble together the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon until it resembles wet sand. Add the nuts to this mixture.
- 4. Top the naan with 1/2 C of the crumb mixture. Evenly distribute the cherry pue filling over the crumb layer.
- 5. Top with remaining crumb topping.
- 6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 mintes, ntil golden brwn on to and slightly bubblng. Decorate with a few green cherries if desired. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Great with a dollop of whipped cream if desired!
CHERRY CRUNCH
Cherry pie filling is lovingly sandwiched between 2 layers of crunchy oaty goodness. Substitute apple pie filling and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon over the top if you like.

- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle one half of crumb mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Cover with cherry pie filling. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over pie filling.
