Steps:
- HEAT oven to 350°F Spray 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- BEAT butter and brown sugar in medium bowl until smooth and fluffy. Beat in extract. Mix in flour, baking powder and oats until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2-cup for topping. Pat remaining crumbs into bottom of prepared pan.
- SPOON preserves evenly over crumb crust in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb topping.
- BAKE 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Spread 2/3 of mixture into prepared pan.
- Spread jam over mixture.
- Combine remaining mixture with oats and walnuts; sprinkle over jam layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

- Set oven to 350°.
- Combine Flour, Sugar, Walnuts, Butter and Egg in large bowl.
- Beat on low speed for 2 minutes, or until mixture is crumbly.
- Reserve 1-1/2 cups of Crumb Mixture for topping.
- Press remaining crumb mixture in botom of 11" x 7" baking pan.
- Stir Raspberry Preserves until smooth; spread over crumb crust, to within 1/2" of sides of pan.
- Crumble the 1-1/2 cups of reserved mixture over the top.

- 1. First pre-heat the oven to 375F. Then spray a 9 inch square baking pan with baking spary & dust with flour.
- 2. Then in a large bowl mix the oats brown sugar & salt. Then cut in the butter with a fork or pastry blender until mixture looks like little coarse crumbs. Then reserve 1 cupof mixture for the topping. Then to the remaining mixture beat in the egg until just moist.
- 3. Next press down the dough firmly & evenly into the bottom of the baking pan. Use your fingers or the bottom of a measuring cup. Then spread the jam on top & arrange the fresh raspberries over the jam. Then stir the almonds into the reserved crumb mixture & sprinkle evenly over the top.
- 4. Then bake for about 30 to 35 mins or until top is golden brown. Let cool completely on a cooling rack. Then cut into 4 rowsby 4 rows.

- In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar, flour, butter and egg yolks. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool. - Combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and rolled oats. Rub in the butter using your hands or a pastry blender to form a crumbly mixture. Press 2 cups of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the jam to within 1/4 inch of the edge. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top, and lightly press it into the jam.
