CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH TOMATOES AND LIMA (BROAD) BEANS
We had this for dinner tonight - it was scrumptious. One of the things I like about this dish is that you can cook up a batch and stick it in the freezer for a night when you couldn't be bothered cooking. It's also quite low in fat.

LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE
When my daughter was growing up, I could get her to eat lima beans in this casserole with lots of cheese. She's an adult now and still thinks cheese helps almost every vegetable recipe!-Tickle Ragland, Hodgenville, Kentucky

LIMA BEAN AND TOMATO CASSEROLE
from loyalty cookbook 1953 it calls for sugar in recipe i wouldn't use it but the option is there for you and i think you could use frozen beans and not need to cook them up but if you are cooking up a pot of beans this gives you a different meal to use .and i think this could be a frozen make ahead meal pretty easily
