PERFECT CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP

Steps:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken breasts, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes.
- Pour chicken broth into the pot; bring to a boil. Stir in potatoes, cabbage, and carrot. Simmer soup until potatoes are tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Bring soup back to a boil. Drizzle in eggs, stirring until cooked, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan over high heat, combine 4 cups water and the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the chicken, carrots, onion, celery and bouillon and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
- Add more water as necessary. Add the rice and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and celery leaves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender., In a small bowl, combine flour and remaining broth until smooth; gradually add to pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.

- Place the chicken, celery, onion and water in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Skim fat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until chicken is tender, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove chicken; cool. , Remove meat from bones and cut into bite-size pieces; return to pan. Add the tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, turnip, bouillon and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add broccoli and peas if desired; simmer until vegetables are tender, 15-20 minutes longer.
