Chili Dog Tortilla Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 425ºF.
• Spread chili onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
• Place 1 wiener on each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, over chili. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
• Bake 25 min. or until wieners are heated through and cheese is melted.

Steps:

• Place one can of chili in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
• Roll hot dogs in flour tortillas and place seam side down in pan.
• Cover with the remaining two cans of chili and put cheese on top.
• Bake@ 350 for 30 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
• Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

• Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Spread half the batter into a greased 8-in. square baking dish; set aside. , In a large skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and celery in oil until crisp-tender. Stir in hot dogs; saute until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes longer. Stir in the chili, brown sugar, garlic powder and chili powder; heat through. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese. , Spoon over cornbread batter; top with remaining cornbread batter. • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in the tomato sauce, beans, corn, green chilies, onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and oregano; heat through., In an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer half of the tortillas, beef mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

• 1. Pour 1 can of chili into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
• 2. Sprinkle a layer of cheese and chopped onions over the chili.
• 3. Heat tortillas in microwave for a few seconds (just to make them pliable enough to roll without cracking)
• 4. Spread mustard into center of each tortilla then place the hot dog over each one (you can add chopped onions and a little shredded cheese, or any other optional garnish you prefer, at this point) and roll up.
• 5. Place seam side down into baking dish.
• 6. Continue until all ten hot dogs are completed.
• 7. Top with 2nd can of chili; spread chopped onions over the chili and top with shredded cheese.
• 8. Cover and bake at 400 F for about 45 - 60 minutes.
• 9. Each person can garnish their chili dogs as they wish.

• 1. Pour 1 can of beans into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
• 2. Spread ketchup & mustard into center of each tortilla then place the hot dog over each one and wrap up.
• 3. Place seam side down into baking dish.
• 4. Top with extra ketchup, mustard, relish and or cubed Velveeta.
• 5. Top with 2nd can of beans & shredded cheese.
• 6. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

• Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and bean 'bed'. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.
• Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

• 1. Preheat oven to 400'
• 2. Brown hot dogs in skillet add onion and cook just until onions are clear.I like to lay out my tortilla's on the counter and place hot dogs, some onions and a little cheese in each one.Reserve at least half of cheese. Roll up hot dogs in tortilla's and place in rows in a 13 x9 pan! I put toothpicks in mine to keep it rolled up.
• 3. Pour both cans of chili on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for about 25min or until cheese and chili are bubbling! Enjoy!
