CINNAMON OATS SMOOTHIE

Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says: Oats are high in soluble fiber and beta- glucan which is a protective factor against bad cholesterol (LDL). Oats in combination with milk is a very good cereal protein combination which provides calcium, protein and potassium which helps maintain healthy blood pressure. Cinnamon is an excellent source for regulating blood sugar and improving alertness and concentration. Yogurt is an amazing source of protein and calcium and these ingredients together makes this smoothie tasty as well as healthy.
