Copycat Kraft Garlic Cheese Roll Recipes

My Noni has been making this since I was a little girl and it is the best cheese log i have ever had! The flavors are just incredible! Hope you in enjoy it just as much as I do :)

Garlic Cheese Roll image

Steps:

Grate Sharp Cheddar and Medium Cheddar cheese. Add cream cheese. Let it set at room temperature for 4 hours. Mix all ingredients. Shape into rolls ( i call them logs) about 6 or 8 inches long and about as wide as an egg i would say. This recipe will make about 6 logs. Roll them into the paprika until they are well dusted. Wrap them in foil and place in fridge overnight. They will keep for 4 weeks in fridge. After chilling, slice and serve them with crackers.
Note* Aside from the 4 hours you have to set it out, it take about an hour to do the rest, but is well worth it!

Steps:

Soften cheeses and mix all together well.
Shape into four rolls and wrap well in foil or plastic wrap.

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

2. Divide into 4 rolls and wrap with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator

Roll out cheese between two sheets of wax paper, thin.
Spread with cream cheese.
Sprinkle with chilies.
Roll up like jellyroll.
Garnish with sliced olives.
Serve with crackers.

Combine 2 1/2 cups of flour, yeast from packet, salt and sugar in a large glass bowl. Stir warm water and olive oil into the flour mixture. Stir together until a soft dough starts to form. If dough is overly sticky, add additional flour, 1-2 tbsp at a time until a workable dough consistency is achieved and dough is not sticking to hands.
If using a stand mixer, knead with dough hook attachment for 3-4 minutes. If kneading by hand, remove dough from bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface for 4-6 minutes, until smooth and elastic and dough springs back when lightly pressed with 2 fingers.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a floured surface, roll dough into an 18 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush softened butter evenly over dough. Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, then grated mozzarella, then parsley over butter.
