Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- In a shallow baking pan or roaster, place ribs in a single layer; salt if desired. Spread the garlic on the ribs, then place the lemon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 2 hours - the ribs should be tender. Drain any grease and liquid. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to oven and bake one more hour at 200 to 250 degrees F.

- Place ribs and onion in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 to 6 hours or until a thermometer reads 160°.

- Place ribs in slow cooker.
- Mix pineapple with juice, tomato sauce, green bell pepper, onion, brown sugar, cider vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic together in a bowl; pour over the ribs.
- Cook on Low until ribs are cooked through and tender, 8 to 10 hours.

- Preheat broiler. Mix first 9 ingredients. Place pork in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. pan; rub generously with seasonings. Broil 4-5 in. from heat until browned, 2-3 minutes per side., Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Whisk together barbecue sauce and beer; pour over ribs. Cook, covered, on low until tender, 3-4 hours., Remove ribs. Reserve 2 cups cooking juices; discard remaining juices. Skim fat from reserved juices. Serve with ribs.

Steps:
- Dust ribs with flour and sprinkle with garlic salt. Brown in heated butter in heavy skillet.
- Layer potatoes in a lightly oiled 13X9 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, onion and green pepper. Pour milk over vegetables. Cover with the corn. Top with browned ribs, covering vegetables in a single layer.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes longer or until ribs are tender and potatoes are well done. Before serving, sprinkle with tomato and green onions.
