Peppers and celery give this cheese ball a nice crunch. It's impressive enough to serve at a dinner party, or simple enough to enjoy on game day. Quick & easy this is guaranteed to be a hit!

CRAB BALLS
These baked crab balls are super easy to make, and are a fun dish to make. The recipe is fun because it could be enjoyed as an appetizer or a light dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Place crab meat in a mixing bowl and pick out any stray shell fragments.
- 2. Add crushed crackers, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley to the crab.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth.
- 4. Pour egg mixture over the crab meat and crackers. Gently mix, careful not to break up large lumps of crab meat.
- 5. Mold into golfball-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 7. Drizzle with melted butter and allow to cool. Serve with saltine crackers. Enjoy delicious baked crab balls!

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Stir in crab. Shape mixture into a ball; coat with chives. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate at least 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. Cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half; arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets. Spritz with cooking spray; sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. Serve with cheese ball.

- In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Shape into a ball; set aside. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface. (Keep remaining dough covered with plastic wrap and a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.) Brush dough with butter. Repeat with remaining phyllo, brushing each layer with remaining butter., Place Brie in center of phyllo stack; top with ball of crab mixture. Bring up corners of dough around Brie and ball; invert and place seam side down in a greased 9-in. pie plate. Combine egg and water. This is one of those recipes that over the years we have adapted. My husband likes me to add finely chopped black olives to the mix and that seems to change things up a little. It is great for watching a ball game or pot lucks.

- 2. crumble the crab meat into small shreds or pieces
- 3. Mix Cream cheese, pimento cheese, and crab meat together until completely combined. Form into a ball or what ever shape you want it.
