From 100 Best Appetizers Cookbook which was given to me by my swap partner MaField in the Cookbook Swap 2008. This is a nice kick to the standard salsa dips. 2 hours chill time needed before serving. Updated 10/2009 Due to Lipton not making their soup mix available in the stores any longer, I'm suggesting following rickaholic's hint of using Knorr's Herb & Garlic Soup Mix.

Steps:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Chill fo a minimum of 2 hours before serving with your favorite dippers.

Steps:

Stir together salsa and sour cream. Scrape the dip you made into a small bowl. Put the small bowl in the middle of a big plate. Arrange the veggies all around the dip and serve.

Steps:

Stir together equal parts plain yogurt, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
Stir in minced garlic and season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper. The sauce should have a velvety consistency, ie not too runny.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
Suggestions for dippers: grilled or fried zucchini, aubergines, roasted red bell pepper, calamari with lemon, pita chips, french fries, or grilled meats.

Simple way: Put all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on high.
Stir and put back in for 1 minute.
Stir and serve warm or store in fridge.
Fancy way:.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of an 9x9 glass baking dish until covered.
Spread salsa over cream cheese.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over salsa.
Melt in microwave on high for about 3 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted on top.
