Here's a simple sauce that's perfect for crab cakes and other rich, savory appetizers. Dijon-style mustard is blended into a creamy mixture.

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon-style mustard and lemon juice. Adjust amount of mustard to taste. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Steps:

  • Whisk yogurt, horseradish, garlic, salt, red pepper, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Do Ahead
  • Sauce can be made 1 day ahead; transfer to an airtight container and chill.

4 cups Greek-style yogurt, preferably full-fat
1 (6-ounce) jar prepared horseradish
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Pork Loin With Creamy Dijon Yogurt Sauce image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F Place pork in small roasting pan. Sprinkle with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover tightly and bake about 1 hour or until inside is 160 degrees (*Or place all previous ingredients in a foil pack and grill for about 30 minutes or until inside is 160 degrees ).
  • While pork cooks, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl; allow to come to about room temperature. When pork is done, slice and top with sauce. Garnish with more dill, if desired.
