SAVORY ORANGE DRESSING
This recipe was in my files for years before I finally tried it one Thanksgiving. My family loves the combination of orange and carrots.-Dixie Terry, Goreville, Illinois

Steps:
- In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir in the stuffing cubes, carrot, orange juice, zest and the celery mixture. , Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until heated through.

CREAMY "ORANGE" FRENCH DRESSING
I was trying to find an "Orange" French Dressing like the store bought and not the Catalina version! I tried a few recipes and couldn't get the taste right! So this is what I came up with and it worked for my taste and my grandson's! We dump it on everything! No more store bought French dressing for us!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in food processor or blender (except olive oil) and blend.
- When all ingredients are blended slowly pour in olive oil.
- Let sit for at least 12 hours for all the flavor to marinate together! Enjoy!
- I make my own mayo and use organic ketchup and vinegar!

- In a blender, place the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth.
- While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
- Let chill in fridge for about an hour before serving to let onion flavor mellow.
- Serve over salad.
- Refrigerate leftover dressing.

- Place all the ingredients in a blender jar and process them at medium speed until creamy. Or, combine the orange juice, vinegar, orange peel and salt in a bowl and whisk them together, then beat in the yogurt "cheese" until well-combined. Gradually beat in the oil and, if desired, season with cayenne or pepper. Use as a dressing for shredded cabbage or other salads or as a sauce for tofu, fish or tempeh.
