- In a Dutch oven, cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding asparagus during the last 3 minutes. , Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook until chicken is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes., Stir in shrimp and cream; cook, covered, until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drain fettuccine and return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat.

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute mushrooms until golden; remove from skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Add another 2 tablespoons oil to skillet. Saute onion, garlic and shrimp until opaque. Remove from skillet and add to mushrooms.
- In a shallow dish or bowl mix 2 tablespoons flour with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Dredge chicken in flour to coat. Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet and saute chicken in oil for 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add chicken to mushroom/shrimp mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and stir in 1 tablespoon flour. Cook about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until brown. Stir in wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water. Boil for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium low and return shrimp and chicken mixture to skillet. Simmer for about 10 minutes, season with pepper and serve.

- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Pound out chicken breast to a 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 2 slices dried beef on chicken and roll up.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around chicken and put into a large casserole dish.
- Melt together the cream cheese and soup.
- Pour all over chicken.
- Cook uncovered at 300 degrees for 3 hours. (Don't cheat on the time; it really does change the taste).
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

- Stirring, add half-and-half, sherry, 3 teaspoons of the bouillon granules, thyme or tarragon, salt and pepper. Stirring, bring to a boil and boil until slightly thickened. Add chicken. If making ahead, cool, cover and refrigerate.Peel and clean shrimp. Rinse and drain well. Place in a bowl. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate.In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with lemon juice. - Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir in the chicken and garlic, followed by the sausage links. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is firm enough to slice, about 10 minutes. Slice the sausages into 1/2 inch thick pieces, and return to the pot.
- Puree the stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste in batches using a blender. Stir the tomato mixture into the pot along with the shrimp boil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
