Bacon Horseradish Spread image

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in bacon, cheddar cheese, horseradish, green onion, lemon juice Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours. Serve with dippers.

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Sti in mustard, bacon and 2 tablespoons of the onions. Transfer to serving bowl, if desired; cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Spinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoons onions. Serve with crackers.

Steps:

  • Place cheese, mustard, margarine and pepper in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until well blended.
  • Bring wine just to boil. With food processor running, gradually add wine to cheese mixture, processing until well blended. Place in medium bowl; stir in bacon and onion. Transfer to serving bowl, if desired; cover.
