- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread 1-1/3 cups crushed cookies into an ungreased 13x9-in. dish. Layer with half the pudding mixture and half the remaining cookies. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with shaved white chocolate if desired.

EASY DIRTY BANANA
This dirty banana drink tastes like a milkshake, an adult milkshake! And it's made with only 4 ingredients! Instead of using ice, which will water it down, I use a frozen banana which thickens it and gives it a creamy taste.

A home-made version of the popular ice cream usually sold on the streets by peddlers in the Philippines. The common flavors these come in are mango, chocolate, ube (purple yam), cheese, and buco (coconut)

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients using mixer (or egg beater) until the consistency is foamy.
- Pour in a stainless steel pan or boiler. Let boil for 15 minutes to kill any microbes or bacteria. Set aside to cool.
- Put desired flavoring (artificial flavors): vanilla, lemon or kalamansi (can be obtain from peels), chocolate, coffee, nuts, cashew and others. You can also use real fruit flavors like mango, ube, macapuno, cheese, etc.
- Put into freezer for half an hour or until half-frozen.
- Remove from freezer and mix again (with big wooden spon or egg beater) until the consistency becomes a thick mass.
- Transfer it in round stainless container. Cover, put it in wooden push cart. Put lots of crushed ice and salt between the container. You can use dry ice as an alternative.
- Let set for 20 minutes, at which point the ice cream should harden enough.
DIRTY MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM
We have news for you. That supermarket mint chip ice cream with the nuclear-green color? It doesn't have any mint leaves in it. It has mint oil or fake mint flavoring, and that nasty color comes from artificial coloring. Real, fresh mint leaves give our Dirty Mint a fresh, cool intensity. Why is it "dirty"? Because we use brown sugar in the base, which gives the ice cream a deep caramel punch and a natural light brown color. It is also "dirty" because we don't strain out the mint. Leaving it in deepens the flavor the longer the ice cream is in the freezer. (Warning: This has been known to convert mint ice cream haters.)
