DOMINO SUGAR COOKIES
The softest, tastiest sugar cookies ever. They are also very strong for decorating and make beautiful designs. Great for a holiday treat.

Steps:
- Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla and re-mix.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, and blend it into the batter.
- Cover and chill in the fridge 3-4 hours.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured counter, board, or rolling pin cloth. Be sure to also flour the rolling pin or dough will stick. Cut into shapes about 1/4 inch think and place on a cookie sheet on top of parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are very light, light brown. Cool completely and decorate as desired.

DOMINO`S COOKIE RECIPIE
These amazing cookies are easy to make and taste as good as the real Domino`s cookies, with a crisp outer layer and a soft centre these treats are best eaten warm.

- Preheat the oven to 165` then cream together butter,sugars,vanilla esssence and salt
- Beat in the cocoa powder then dissolve the baking soda into the water and then put into the mix
- Stir in the flour, then the egg, then the chocolate chips now place the dough by spoonful on a greased baking sheet, this can be done by an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon
- Bake for 15 mins. Do not over bake! The cookies may seem a bit underdone when they come out the oven.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your standing mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy and light in color (1 minute). Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Beat in vanilla.
- With the mixer set on low speed, slowly add flour mixture until it is completely mixed inches Fold in white chocolate chunks.
- Scoop with a large cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheets, 3 inches apart. Bake for about 9 minutes, or until edges are just set. Middles will not look done, they will set upon cooling.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.

- In large bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, the softened butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, the almond extract and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon, until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Divide dough in half; shape dough into 2 disks, and wrap in plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Roll each disk on lightly floured surface until 1/4 inch thick. Cut with 2- to 2 1/2-inch cookie cutters into desired shapes. On ungreased cookie sheets, place cutouts at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely.
- In medium bowl, beat 3 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla with spoon until smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too stiff to spread, add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time. Tint with food color. Spread frosting on cooled cookies. Decorate as desired with colored sugar or candy sprinkles. Let stand about 4 hours or until frosting is set. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature with waxed paper between layers.
