Doritos Mush Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
• Stir cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
• Spread crushed tortilla snack chips into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over crushed chips; stir. Arrange cheese slices atop the mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes; stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.

Steps:

• Place chicken to boil. After about 45 minutes, you can begin to prepare other ingredients.
• Sautee chopped onions in a little skillet until soft, set aside. Shred cheese and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, add the following items: cream of chicken, picante salsa, chopped onions, chopped green chiles, and sour cream. Mix until well blended. After chicken is done cooking then debone and shred chicken. Place chicken pieces in bowl. Then open Doritos bag and let out air and crush up Doritos in bag into little pieces.
• Get a 13X9 and began layering Doritos, chicken mixture, and then cheese. End with a good layer of cheese.
• Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Wait 5-8 minutes for casserole to cool so it is a little easier to serve.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes.
• Cook onion with ground beef.
• Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole.
• Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos.
• Continue until all ingredients are used.
• Top with cheese.
• Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy.
• You can also add canned beans and cooked rice to this casserole!
• If you can't get Rotel tomatoes, use a can of crushed, peeled tomatoes and add 1 tsp of seeded and minced jalapeno to them (or mild green chiles).
