- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spread pizza crust out onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges just start to brown, 7 to 8 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and ranch mix in a bowl and spread onto the warm pizza crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Top with red onion, tomato, chicken, and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is browned to your liking and cheese is melted, 6 to 10 minutes more.

We loved Elizabeth's take on making this pizza at home. Not only is it yummy, it makes 2 hearty pizzas for a fraction of the cost of ordering out. The chicken really has a punch of flavor. It soaks up the flavor from the ranch seasoning, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Adding bacon is sort of equivalent to a cherry on top. So...

Steps:
- 1. Over medium heat, add cubed chicken and diced onion to pan. Cook until chicken done.
- 2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper and ONE packet of Ranch seasoning; stir together and set aside.
- 3. Pre heat oven to 400*
- 4. Cook bacon.
- 5. While bacon is cooking, in a food processor add 2 boxes of cream cheese (room temp) and the other packet of ranch seasoning, and mix together on a med. speed for 2 mins. (should look like frosting)
- 6. Follow cooking directions for pizza crusts and bake. Once baked, spread half of the cream cheese sauce on the cooked pizza crust.
- 7. Add half of the chicken mixture.
- 8. Cover with 1/2 packet of mozzarella cheese and 3 slices of crushed up bacon.
- 9. Place in the oven for 20 mins or to your preference of cooking. Makes 2 large pizzas

- Heat gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking and medium heat. Generously spray 18x18-inch piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray.*
- To measure Bisquick mix, lightly spoon into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, stir together, Bisquick mix, garlic powder and cheese. Stir in water just until dry ingredients are moistened. Lightly knead dough in bowl 10 times. Place dough on sprayed foil; starting at center, press into a 12-inch round. Place on large cookie sheet to carry to grill. Place crust on grill, foil side down. Cook covered 1 to 3 minutes or until bottom of crust is light golden brown. Do not over cook. Remove from grill to cookie sheet.
- Spread dressing over dough to within 1-inch of edge. Top evenly with remaining ingredients (do not make thicker in center or center won't get done). Carefully place pizza on grill, foil side down. Cook covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until bottom of crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Carefully place on cookie sheet.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place 1 teaspoon of cornmeal on a pizza stone and roll out pizza dough onto stone; bake in oven for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a medium skillet and wilt spinach for 1 minute; remove to drain and set aside.
- Place chicken, flour, and ranch dip in a plastic bag; shake to coat. Add Chicken to hot oil and cook 5-6 minutes stirring often. Remove from oil to drain and set aside.
- In a small skillet cook bacon about 4 minutes; remove to drain.
- To assemble Pizza, spread ranch dressing on baked pizza crust.
- Add chicken, bacon, spinach and olives.
- Sprinkle cheeses on top.
