SIMPLE BBQ RIBS
Country-style ribs are cut from the loin, one of the leanest areas of pork. These ribs are seasoned, boiled until tender, then baked with your favorite barbeque sauce. That's it! Back to simplicity, back to the country life. Sigh.

Steps:
- Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Season with garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs until tender.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour barbeque sauce over ribs. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat broiler. Mix first 9 ingredients. Place pork in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. pan; rub generously with seasonings. Broil 4-5 in. from heat until browned, 2-3 minutes per side., Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Whisk together barbecue sauce and beer; pour over ribs. Cook, covered, on low until tender, 3-4 hours., Remove ribs. Reserve 2 cups cooking juices; discard remaining juices. Skim fat from reserved juices. Serve with ribs.

- 1. Arrange SEASONED Country ribs in a (9 X 13 Size Pan, IF NOT ALREADY SEASONED, THEN ADD YOUR FAVORITE SPICES LIKE, GRANULATED GARLIC, GRANULATED ONION POWDER, PAPRIKA, Cumin, chili powder, Paprika Black or cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and what ever you like, Chive, blend together then sprinkle liberally over meat, coating all sides.
- 2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. F. Cover pan with a lid or tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Remove from heat and brush meat with Barbeque Sauce, return to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- 3. Remove from oven and serve while hot with your favorite side items.

- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, seasoned salt and, if desired, liquid smoke. Add ribs; turn to coat. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender., Remove pork to a serving plate. Skim fat from cooking liquid. If desired, transfer to a small saucepan to thicken; bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 1-1/2 cups. Serve with ribs. To make ahead: In a large airtight container, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, seasoned salt and, if desired, liquid smoke. Add pork; cover and freeze. To use, place container in refrigerator 48 hours or until ribs are completely thawed. Cook as directed.

- Place ribs in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with liquid smoke if desired and salt. Add water to pan. - Stir wine, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together in bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour Burgundy wine mixture over ribs and coat completely.
- Mix onion powder and garlic powder together in a bowl. Dust ribs with powder mixture; let marinate 2 hours, turning once.
- Preheat grill for medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.
